The 340 Cipher sent to the SF Chronicle

I state, I did not construct these solutions , I developed a code from the My Name Is cipher added to the 408 code key which led to more and more keys to the solution , there are 4 tweaks to it every division ( 4 or 5  lines) in the code key . To start with the H E R (1st three letters of the 340 became (zodiac killer symbol) I M ) then I saw a name coming after that. I have the scratch paper or long addition sort of ,of how I came up with the code key.  I am confident I would pass a lie detector test on this ,as I said.

note on line 9 and 10 , 3 letters are missing, done on purpose, I think you will see why.

I know the god of darkness is Hades... not Hates , I do not have that symbol as a D , but it could well be that too , also I saw somewhere that 2000 years ago it was spelled Hates

The solving to the long sought after Zodiac Killers Ciphers

 I found a code key to the Zodiac Killers unsolved Ciphers
It solves the 340 cipher along with 5 other unsolved Zodiac ciphers

The 408 remainder cipher,  and the bomb cipher.
This single code key solves all the ciphers , in a meaningful (to  the zodiac killer) way , in complete sentences,  I did not construct this  code key , I developed the code seeing it did solve the ciphers .

 to explain this ,  look at the 1966 Philips 66 zodiac map , you will see the companies logo and a pointer off the coast if you could overlay that with the crossed circle on a map of the same scale , as it shows , ( this would be a 24" wide map of Cal. ) the pointer marked on the slim inlet of the south part of the napa river with the N crossed hairs pointing Mag N , I  tried and see this to end up twith the cross hairs on a River rd. in Riverview Cal. in yolo co.  ,but my measurements could be off a bit .
